#ДЕЗЕЛЕНІЗАЦІЯ (#DEZELENIZATION, deforestation)
17 January – 10 February
Bursa Gallery (Kostiantynivska 11)
Today, the Ukrainian urban landscaping takes a form resembling mere decoration rather than practicality in the cities. It’s very important to use greenery for providing streets with oxygen, creating shadow, and strengthening the soil. The thing is to avoid miserable-looking planting without good reason. The project #DEZELENIZATION is an appeal to look around and think what should really be approved for urban environments. This is an exhibition of photos not only by artists but also by internet users posted with the hashtag #дезеленізація.

Very Colorful Paintings
5 January – 23 January
Bilyy Svit (Pushkinska 21)
Vivid colours, strict geometry, and bizarre characters are what awaits you at this exhibition of psychedelic works by Oleksandr Liapin. Even the name of the exhibition gives you a broad hint on the content of these works. Liapin has created his own imaginary world of characters that seem very familiar but still so distant from reality. It is not only the imaginary world that captures your attention but also the history behind its creation. Don’t miss this opportunity to discover this very special world!
