Cool Off Kyiv Style
The summer temperatures have hit and when you’re stuck in the city all you want to do is find a place in the shade with a cool beverage. Got a little more time on your hands? Add to the agenda a dip at one of the city’s best beach clubs.
You don’t need to just head down to the Dnipro anymore to get your summer groove on. There are plenty of beach clubs that dot the Ukrainian capital where you can show off your beach bod, soak in the sun, and just enjoy the season.
Bora Bora Beach Club
This is definitely one of the best beach clubs in the capital. There are bungalows, crystal clear pools, and huge lily-white sunbeds. In addition, world stars of the electronic scene regularly perform once the sun goes down.

This establishment is located in the old river port, surrounded by industrial buildings and the abandoned Ribalsky cable-stayed bridge. This urban backdrop complements the underground parties that take place here. You actually can’t swim – or at least, we don’t recommend it. However, the quality music and laid-back atmosphere, which is the heart of this place, will make you forget all about not being able to wade.
