OK, that’s it. It’s time to get moving.

Just because you might be stuck indoors doesn’t mean you can’t get a good workout in! It will help you focus in your other day-to-day tasks, relieve some stress, and add a bit of routine to your day.

If you want a workout that you can do from the comfort of your home (but no, not from the comfort of your couch), check out some of these fitness bloggers in Ukraine, who post workouts on their Instagram accounts: @tanyaatgym, @atena.bibak.workout, and @kononova1986. Some exercises require weights or resistance bands, while others you need nothing but yourself. 

If you’re looking for a more chill workout, Ritmy Zhittya offers health and wellness classes, such as yoga and meditation, and says it will start to offer online classes. Follow the centre’s Facebook page to stay updated on the schedule.
