The capital city beat a 59-year weather record on 11 April as temperatures soared to 23.8 degrees! The previous above zero record was set in 1959 with 22. 7 degrees, with the coldest day recorded as a nippy -3.9 back in 1954. If y’all remember, this was Yanukovych’s favour­ite season as all the women get “undressed”. Poor guy’s missing the action …
