Ukrainian Passports Get a Boost

Ukraine received visa-free access to another 14 countries over the past year, boosting it three spots on the Henley Passport Index. Ranked 41 out of 128 countries, Ukraine now has easy access to 128 countries. Japan tops the list with its passport opening borders to 190 countries, while Iraq and Afghanistan are found at the very bottom, with just 30 countries their citizens may travel to visa-free.
Since June 2017, 2 million Ukrainians have made use of EU visa-free travel, and that number is only on the rise.
