Tuna Party

If you’ve never been to one of the capital’s best Japanese restaurants for their regular tuna parties you’re missing out. On 11 September, Kyiv’s TUCC decided it was high time they got in on the goods and so members of the gastronomic crew gathered round the chopping block at Fujiwara Yoshi to watch a masterpiece in the making. It is certainly a sight when chef and restaurateur Yoshihiro Fujiwara takes to carving the tuna, sometimes weighing in at 150 kg! Needless to say it was a 5-star evening for all who were seated round the table.
