Celebrating St Maroun

Ukraine’s Lebanese Cultural Centre, with assistance of His Excellency Mr. Ali Dahir and the Embassy of Lebanon in Ukraine and airline Bravo gathered more than 1 000 people to the National Opera House of Ukraine on 7 February in honour of the day of the Syriac monk – St Maroun. The evening was a a huge success, and featured famed Lebanese singer Carole Samaha who entertained guests along with choreographic numbers by Lebanese choreographer Sami Hajja.
