Clarity, Peace, Serenity

Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Vinyasa, Bikram – yes, you guessed right – we are entering the world of Yoga in Kyiv. Maybe practicing yoga can be your belated New Year’s resolution

Yoga is more fashionable than ever, and this trend of practicing yoga has taken Kyiv by storm. As a matter of fact, Kyiv is the birthplace of many unique breeds of this practice. And no matter if you are a wannabe yogi or an already advanced practitioner, with plenty of studios dotted around it is easy to join the Kyiv yoga community. Challenge yourself and get into one today for a good physical workout or to improve your mental state, or both!

Not every studio in Kyiv offers tranquil spacious premises, nor does every studio have experienced and trustworthy instructors. The location of a studio, the type of yoga you prefer, or class schedules are important deal-breakers for sure, but the first and foremost should be a yoga instructor who you can connect with.

Don’t be fooled by hype and numbers. Showing shrewdness in choosing a yoga studio is a must.

This might seem like a no-brainer, but it is not an easy task to achieve nor can we suggest a fail-safe rule in helping you to fill your yoga cup. For the majority of instructors and yoga studio owners, yoga is a dialogue with your body and mind which will lead you in your inner journey. Finding a good mentor on this journey is as important as meeting your mat regularly.
