The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine has launched another educational program, Chamber Friday University – a series of half-day workshops that aim to give overview and focus on various topics which contribute to professional and personal development. The first session was hosted jointly with Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, Ukrainian Mediation Center, Association for Family Mediators of Ukraine on 15 February at the ACC headquarters. Frank C. Laney, a well-known expert in conflict resolution, shared his experience in dealing with conflicts via negotiations and explained the role of mediation.
