Globe Runner is housed within a four-storey building that itself is an architectural wonder, from the Kyiv Renaissance period with a strong, well-preserved historical character. It’s façade is adorned with various decorative elements: female half-figures, Corinthian columns, caryatids, stucco floral ornaments, knightly coats of arms, lion-masked cartouches and female mascarons.
Inside, the elements of vintage architecture – high ornamental plaster ceilings, wide staircases with no elevators, and tiled fireplaces are seamlessly combined with trendy design solutions, specks of bright colours and art-installations. You will be delighted to see the impressive orange sculpture of David in the amphitheatre lobby and conceptual drawings on walls.
