Some may call him a freak, others think he’s a genius. We will not hedge either of these descriptions as in fact the music of Sean Nicholas Savage is a bit of both. Subtle lyricism, nostalgic motifs, light and unobtrusive rhythms envelop the music of this Canadian in a romantic shell. Savage bring the mood of summer to Kyiv this month and performs in a rather appropriate place for this – at Closer on Lesnoy Prichal.

Tracks Creepin N Lurkin and Come With The Force are the artist’s hallmark and were included in the album Kill Everything 2018, which Saber will present in Ukraine. Purist Juan Cardenas is a native of Seville, which is rightly called the cradle of flamenco. As such, since early childhood, his mode and manner of song is in keeping with all that is traditional within the genre. His concerts are replete with his cante (singing) which is accompanied by two other integral components of Andalusian folk music – toque (playing the guitar) and baile (dance). Here in Kyiv, Cardenas will enlist the help of our own Piano Flamenco Band and Ukrainian flamenco dancers. Come, it’s sure to be hot!
