Major Summer Festivals Postponed Until 2021
Every year, thousands of music lovers all over the country look forward to the summer to take a break at Kyiv’s favorite festivals, like @atlasweekend and @uparkfestival.
Unfortunately, due to the spread of COVID-19, this year’s international music festivals had to be postponed until 2021.
“The situation that has developed in Ukraine and the world simply does not leave a chance for holding summer festivals. International air traffic has been discontinued and restrictions on holding mass events in Ukraine will probably continue in the summer. We have to postpone the UPark Festival until 2021”, UPark organisers wrote on Facebook.
All tickets purchased for this year will be valid for UPark Festival 2021. The organisers also promise bonuses. For example, if you save your ticket, you can get a free ticket for another festival day or upgrade to the VIP category.
The organisers of Atlas Weekend will also not leave visitors without bonuses, and the festival team is already starting to work on a special project for autumn.
“New dates for Atlas Weekend are 6-11 July 2021. Tickets purchased for this year’s festival are valid for AW 2021. Now we are negotiating with all the artists to fully preserve the already announced lineup”, Atlas Weekend organisers wrote on Facebook.
