Molodist – A Deer of a Festival

And that’s a wrap on the 48th annual Molodist Film Festival here in Kyiv, showing at Butterfly Deluxe and Kyiv Cinema. Opening and closing the week-long event, the festival’s master of ceremonies, the Molodist deer, ensured laughter and fun, while organisers worked hard ahead of time to put together an incredible list of films to enjoy across a number of categories. There could only be one grand prize winner however and this year that honour went to Sauvage by Camille Vidal-Naquet (France). See you at Molodist 49 in 2020!
