Old Car Land
This autumn, make sure you visit the greatest Ukrainian festival for car owners and car lovers. It’s organised by OldCarServiсe club and will take place on 12-13 September in the State Aviation Museum. You`ll be able to see all types of transport from the last 150 years. It’s an opportunity to see unique retro cars dating back more than 80 years. These cars belong to private collections, so you can see them only at the festival.
Buses, cars, bikes, trucks, planes, helicopters, and drones – all of these are waiting for you at Old Car Land. You can find Ukrainian classics like, “Volga”, “ZIL”, or “Chaika” and also foreign retro cars from Britain and Italy. The only remaining soviet cabriolet in the world will be the gem of the festival.
Traditionally, the event will host the takeoffs of popular auto clubs, Youngtimer cars and fans of certain brands.
Old Car Land starts at 10.30 a.m. when the retro cars will start a parade from the Kyiv founders monument to the State Aviation Museum. There will be a competition on children’s pedal cars and a special competition, during which each member of the car crew must dress in clothes from the time the car was made. Organisers have taken all the necessary safety precautions.
There’s something for everyone so come with your family and friends, take photos with cool cars, and have fun. Do not miss the drift show or the rally of vintage cars which promise to be incredible.
